The system is designed to accept and process applications from tens of thousands of unemployed Alabama homeowners, and then distribute $162 million in emergency Federal funds throughout the State.

ProLink’s web based system automates all of the process stages, beginning with the homeowner’s application, followed by a counseling stage, an underwriting stage and a disbursement, tracking and recertification stage. The system passed an application level and network level penetration test (orchestrated break-in) run by a third party security firm for Personally Identifiable Information protection. The client’s objectives of an easy to use, robust functionality, secure and paperless system were achieved with the ProLink system.
