store documented knowledge within an organization, but also groups meaningful data together to provide more

SmartDox is a data exchange between ProLink, (or other back-end business systems) and Microsoft Word® documents and Excel® spreadsheets. SmartDox eliminates human error caused by dual-entry or transferring data between multiple formats. While allowing users to continue to apply their existing tools and processes, SmartDox captures previously collected data and allows the user to maneuver that information to create meaningful reports. With continuing compliance concerns faced by most organizations, filtering out inapplicable data and organizing relevant data is paramount in saving the user time and aiding the decision process.
