ProLink Methodologies
Our governing principle is simple — stay out of the users' way. We don’t want you to have to do more than you are already doing, nor do we want to limit what you can do. The ProLink experience is based on your workflow, your Word® documents, and Excel® spreadsheets. You simply do your work as you do it now, and with the click of a button send the results to ProLink.
ProLink uses an iterative-prototype development methodology that incorporates client feedback through the application lifecycle. We start with a review of each client’s current business processes and systems used, which can often include a disparate collection of databases, legacy systems, and other tools such as Excel® spreadsheets, Word® documents, and hard-copy notes and schedules.
Our end goal is to reduce the time spent searching for and reporting on information contained in an organization. We create a prototype for each client that includes an extensibility interface, business logic, and an application interface.
We customize the business logic for integration with other critical systems, management reporting, and workflow logic for each client; then create the desired look and feel of the user interface. This development methodology of quick prototyping with client involvement results in systems with high user-adoption.
