In November, ProLink hosted the annual ProLinkHFA User Conference. ProLink takes great pride in connecting with our customers at these events, where we provide training and answer questions to help customers gain deeper familiarity with our enterprise software as well as develop efficiencies in their processes.
Julie Cody, our keynote speaker, is the Director of Affordable Rental Housing within the Oregon Housing and Community Services Department, a post she has held since March 2012. Prior to joining state government, Ms. Cody was the Portland Development Commission’s Chief Financial Officer, and also served five years as the Senior Vice President/West Regional President of US Bancorp Community Development Corporation, US Bank’s tax credit investment arm. Her career includes several years in banking, including Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) acquisition and underwriting, special assets, and commercial real estate lending. Ms. Cody holds a bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University, and has completed an executive program at Notre Dame’s Stayer Center for Executive Education in partnership with the National Council of State Housing Agencies.
Ms. Cody spoke about how ProLink has been instrumental to Oregon Housing and Community Services in maintaining connections between the agency and its partners, particularly in a year like 2020 with its unique challenges.
Over two days of sessions, ProLink covered a lot of ground with the attendees. The agenda included data views and reporting, SmartDox mapping, Procorem tasks and templates, new features and functionality, entities management, workflow, and checklists.
